Yes, we offer virtual consultations via phone or video calls to accommodate your schedule and location.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of my financial information?
All client information is stored securely, and we use the latest encryption technologies to protect your data. Our team is trained in confidentiality protocols, and we comply with all relevant privacy laws. For more information on this, please read our Privacy Policy and Term of Use.
How often should I meet with my accountant?
The frequency of meetings depends on your specific needs. For most clients, quarterly reviews are sufficient to stay on top of financial matters. However, for more complex businesses or during critical times, such as tax season, more frequent meetings might be necessary.
Which documents do I need to submit?
It depends on what kind of service you have chosen. But usually we require bank statements from the previous year if you’re an existing client, or from the last 3 years if you’re a new client. Financials can vary from income statements to balance sheets, T2s and so on.
Do I need to bring physical proof such as: receipts, bank statements, credit card statements?
Yes. They have to be organized by months so it’s easier for us to do the work faster. If you have bought or sold any assets, proof and paperwork needs to be provided as well.
How do I get started if I’m a new client?
We’ll have an initial meeting, then a decision is made if we believe our services will be beneficial for you.
